About

Home

We are much more than a Long Term Care Home!  We have created a Wellness Campus to serve Milverton and the surrounding area.

From Long Term Care to child care, we host a wide variety of services that serve community residents.

Many people pass through our doors each year to access a variety of programs/services offered through our Wellness Centre!

In 2016 Knollcrest won the Community Connections award through the Ontario Association of Non-Profit Homes and Services for Seniors!! This award recognizes  Knollcrest and its many partners who work together to bring services and programs closer to home.

We have earned an excellent reputation for serving Long Term Care clients and the community.

Our History

Knollcrest Lodge was founded in 1972 as a charitable, not-for-profit Home for the Aged.  Located in Milverton, in the east portion of Perth County, the home provides high quality Long-Term Care to area clients.

The Home was completely redeveloped form 2006 – 2008.  The resident rooms are bright, and spacious to meet the unique needs of all of our 80 residents.  We also have many other rooms for residents and families to visit in privacy.

Mission

“All Residents have the right to live with dignity and privacy in secure, comfortable surroundings, respecting their choices in regards to physical, psychological, social, spiritual and cultural needs.”
