Rental Policy
All Purpose Room/Craft Room – $50.00 and includes the use of fridge and stove
- Room rental for the All Purpose Room is not available between the hours of 1pm and 3:30pm on weekends to accommodate Church Services and Programs. (availability may vary depending on evening programs)
Chapel – $25.00 – does not include the use of fridge or stove
Tuck Shop – tables are free and available to use on a first come basis, no reservations can be made for them
- Rentals WILL NOT include drinks, dishes or food
- Families are welcome to bring their own food/drinks in (Coffee urn is available for use upon request of rental, coffee grounds not provided)
- Candles are NOT permitted for use within Knollcrest
- Rooms are to be returned in the condition they were found in

- Rooms must be rented in advance and Rental Agreement signed by contacting the Life Enrichment Manager at 519-595-8121 ext. 134 or email: jmiddleton@knollcrestlodge.com.
*We do not book room rentals on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s day
to accommodate space for families and friends to visit at this time.

Bookings
Guest Meals at Knollcrest
Guest meals may be booked by calling Community Outreach at
519-595-8121 ext. 115 or 519-595-8755
Office Hours are Mon.—Fri. 8:00—4:00, closed on stats
Guest Meals are $8.00 for lunch and $9.00 for supper
Knollcrest has a limit of 6 guests per meal
Payment can be put in an envelope in the suggestion box with the residents name, number of meals and date on it, or made at Community Outreach office
24 hours’ notice is required for all bookings—weekend meals must be booked before 4:00 pm on Friday
To cancel your meal—call our office 519-595-8755 before 10 a.m.; if a cancellation notice isn’t received, the meal will be billed
Guest meals are served in designated areas by dining rooms
